I really enjoy your journal! I’ve suffered from depression and anxiety my entire life and only started using affirmations as a coping mechanism as an adult. With my depression, it’s challenging to think positively in any way, so having the affirmations already written out with space to write what I’m feeling is so helpful. Thank you for creating this and for your soothing music as well.
